Anita is a Fur-Mom to an amazing wonderful rescue clan, 2 dogs (Rhubarb and Ayanaant), and 3 cats (Hobo, Goober, and Gus). She and her partner Eric have been married and in business together since 2017. She grew up in San Francisco, CA and couldn't wait to get out of the fog and into the sun. Previously, Anita has had an eclectic work history, from Veterinary Assistant, to Massage Therapist. Anita Studied at OSU, and graduated as an adult student with a BS in Psychology. She loves being is service to others and her community, and is really enjoying helping her clients buy and sell their homes without the stress big changes can bring.

Every team needs that reliable person who can jump in and take something over when needed. In 2022, Jennifer joined the group to assist with video, home check in's, and other odd items. Jennifer has a background in property management, so she is no newby to the housing industry. Jennifer is a full time mom of two active girls, wife and fur mom, so her plate is full, Jen loves being of assistance both with behind the scenes things, and with client care..

Anita helped my husband and I find our dream home in Bend three years ago. When my husband got transferred to the Portland area Anita was the agent I knew would go above and beyond to sell our Bend home and wish us well on our new adventure. Our experience with Anita was awesome! Anita was amazing throughout our entire process... Anita was knowledgable and didn't shy away from any question I might have, which was plenty! This was the first home my husband and I had bought and we could not have had even remotely as smooth of a process as we did without Anita's efforts. Buying a home is already a wild and emotionally tumultuous experience. Working with someone who clearly really cares about getting their clients into the RIGHT home instead of ANY house is so important to the process. Anita really worked as an advocate for us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Anita was fantastic! We bought our home on an impulse (weren't even really looking yet) and she was so responsive, on the ball and ready to stick it out with us without being pushy, despite our initial hesitancy to buy in the dead of winter. She made us feel really comfortable through the whole process as first time homebuyers, explained every step with detail, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. When hiccups came up (and they did), she was right there, taking lots of time out of her day to walk us through them, and doing extra legwork to make sure we felt taken care of. Can't recommend her highly enough as an agent, and now, a friend!

My buyer agent was great very responsive and willing to work with our every need. Being brand new parents and this being our first home it was very necessary that we found a home in our price range and in a timely matter. Anita helped with both of those things and we are greatly appreciative of her service in buying our home.

Anita de Roover-Hale is an excellent realtor! We worked with her to sell a house during a very competitive housing market in Bend. The listing photos, video, and virtual walk-through were beautiful. She helped us get a couple of appliances fixed quickly. She dealt with multiple coinciding offers, an offer with an imposed deadline, and had us sign a back-up offer. When our buyer tried to back out (or was just trying to get us to lower the price retroactively), having that back-up offer ready was really nice. Aside from real estate prowess, Anita is a go-getter. She's professional but relaxed and personable. I felt comfortable talking to her at any hour and sharing what we really wanted. We felt taken care of, and like we understood everything that was happening, but never pressured or intimidated. Highly recommend!

Anita is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly timely and efficient, she was VERY patient with us and super knowledgeable... She had great insight and guidance for us and was very encouraging and helpful through the entire process. She went the extra mile on every offer, even made an effort to build a relationship with other realtors on our behalf(she is very highly regarded by other realtors from our experience).
